This is according to a new evaluation report published on 27 September, which examined whether strategic research has achieved its objectives. The main focus of the study was on labour-based and study-based complementary pathways. The number of complementary pathway programmes is growing rapidly, and they have the potential to respond to the needs of both people in need of protection and the receiving societies.

26.8.2022 | Finland has made significant progress on climate change adaptation in recent years, which is reflected in the legislation and strategies of different administrative branches. These strategic objectives should now be implemented more widely by increasing concrete measures both in individual sectors and at the regional and municipal levels. This is according to a new overall evaluation of progress on national climate change adaptation policy published on 26 August.
