I en studie som publicerades den 25 maj framhävs kommunalvalet 2021 och upprättandet av kommunernas strategier efter valet som kritiska tillfällen med tanke på uppnåendet av målen. Undersökningen, som offentliggjordes den 29 april, visar att det finns både goda sidor och rum för förbättring i prioriteringarna för företagsstöd.
